I think it means if you have time there could be a little of time and good or bad you would need to always use you time in good not bad because the time could be slow or faster. Time matters for all of us they could be right in a time the is good for you so choose your time wisely to do the right stuff.in time there such a balance in our time they could work good and right to succeed in life because time would always be important.
